El copyright de los dibujos que aquí aparecen es propiedad de la compañia mercantil Rollito Canalla S.L. El copyright abarca todos los derechos de explotación de estas creaciones intelectuales y en todo caso la reproducción, distribución, y transformación, que no podrán ser realizadas sin su autorización.
Se entiende por reproducción la fijación de los dibujos en un medio que permita su comunicación y la obtención de copias de todo o parte de ella.
Se entiende por transformación cualquier modificación en la forma de la obra de la que se derive una obra diferente.
La reproducción, plagio, distribución o comunicación pública de cualquiera de estas obras sin la autorización de Rollito Canalla S.L., constituye un delito de los tipificados en la Sección Primera del Capítulo XI del Título XIII del Código Penal Español, arts. 270 y ss, donde se regulan “los delitos relativos a la propiedad intelectual e industrial, al mercado y a los consumidores”. Para quienes cometan delitos de este tipo se contemplan penas de prisión de hasta cuatro años amén de las consiguientes multas y de las diferentes responsabilidades civiles que pueden nacer de la comisión de los mismos.
Igualmente los derechos de autor están protegidos a nivel internacional por el Convenio de Berna, la Convención Universal de Ginebra sobre Derechos de Autor, el Convenio de la Unión de París y el Convenio de Montevideo, ratificados todos ellos por España.

By reproduction is understood the placement or use of these drawings in any circumstance which might facilitate its communication or the acquisition of copies of all or part of them.
By Transformation is understood any modification whatsoever in the form of the item which might lead to the creation of a different form.
The reproduction, plagiarism, distribution or public communication of any whatsoever of these drawings without the authorization of Rollito Canalla S.L. constitutes an offense as stated in the First Section of the Eleventh Chapter of the Spanish Penal Code, article 270, where "offenses relevant to copyright with regard to industry, merchandising and the consumer" are affirmed. For those who commit offenses of this nature there are penalties of up to four years in prision as well as corresponding fines and civil responsibilites to be faced.
Equally, author's copyrights are recognised and protected internationally by the Convention of Berne, the Universal Geneva Convention on author's rights and the Agreement of the Paris Union as well as the Montevideo Agreement, all of which have been ratified by Spain.
